We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Solution Consultant to join our Rio de Janeiro Office .

Responsibilities

• On-site and remote technical support (help desk) for end users at client companies;
• Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues;
• Configuration and support of network equipment (switches, firewalls, routers);
• Support in VoIP network configuration and VLAN segmentation;
• Preparation and updating of client technical documentation and internal procedures;
• Support for logical and physical migrations within controlled change windows.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Networking, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Intermediate or advanced English (multicultural environment with international clients)
• Fundamentals of IP networking, routing, and network segmentation
• Basic knowledge of VLANs and corporate network topologies
• Familiarity with network equipment (switches, firewalls, routers)
• Python (process automation and data handling)
• Programming logic and analytical thinking
