The client is looking to build and scale advanced AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies. The project focuses on designing and implementing intelligent systems using LLMs and agentic workflows to enhance business processes and deliver high-impact, scalable products.

General information

They are seeking a senior-level AI Engineer with strong experience in Generative AI and system architecture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable GenAI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and multi-agent architectures.

This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Task and Deliverables

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and implement GenAI-based systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
• Build and orchestrate agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and tool integrations
• Develop scalable APIs and microservices to support AI-driven applications
• Contribute to overall system architecture, including cloud-based integrations (AWS and/or Azure)
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure performance (accuracy, latency, cost)
• Continuously optimize models and systems through feedback loops and iteration
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and deliverables

Required Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering)
• Solid understanding of AI system architecture and cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
• Working knowledge of Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with API integration, microservices, and scalable system design
• Strong communication skills and experience working with global stakeholders
