Contract: Senior AI / Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
• Develop multi-agent workflows and autonomous AI systems
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications
• Design and implement vector database solutions
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to leverage enterprise data platforms
• Optimise AI applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Support AI governance, monitoring, and operational best practices

Required Skills

• Python
• Experience building Generative AI applications
• Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt engineering
• API integration and application development
• Vector database
• Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Git and CI/CD practices

Preferred Skill

• Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar
• Azure OpenAI
• Databricks
• MLflow
• MLOps
• Knowledge graph solutions
• Multi-agent orchestration
• AI observability and evaluation frameworks

Experience

• 4+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience
• 2+ years working with Generative AI technologies
• Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Experience building production-grade AI applications

Nice to Have

• Experience working with engineering, industrial, energy, manufacturing, or operational technology environment
• Experience processing large volumes of technical documentation and unstructured data
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
