Prisma Capital is strengthening its Capital Formation team and hiring an Associate III focused on fundraising and investor coverage for our onshore credit strategies.

This is a high-impact, front-office role for professionals with experience in DCM, credit sales or distribution, looking to operate closer to decision-making, with direct exposure to capital raising and investor engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Drive capital raising efforts across Prisma’s onshore credit strategies
• Build and actively manage relationships with institutional investors, including asset managers, pension funds, family offices and private banks
• Originate and develop investor pipelines, identifying opportunities and advancing fundraising conversations
• Lead investor coverage, including meetings, follow-ups and ongoing relationship management
• Support pricing, allocation and investor feedback loops during fundraising processes
• Coordinate roadshows, investor meetings and senior-level interactions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality and agile execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Relevant experience in DCM, credit sales, distribution, leveraged finance or institutional fundraising
• Strong understanding of onshore credit products (debêntures, FIDC, structured credit, etc.)
• Proven track record in investor interaction and commercial execution
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• High ownership, pace and ability to operate in lean, high-performance environments
