Our client is a leading global digital asset trading platform with a secure, compliant product system and millions of global users. Focused on long-term Web3 ecosystem development, they are now expanding their South America business centered in Brazil and looking for high-potential BD talents to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, outreach and close partnerships with top crypto projects and KOLs across South America.
• Evaluate target projects on value proposition, team strength, commercial traction and market competitiveness.
• Develop customized cooperation plans including incentive programs, marketing & technical support, and cross-ecosystem resource matching.
• Monitor partnership performance metrics, optimize campaign effectiveness and collect partner/community feedback.
• Independently drive strategic BD projects and ad hoc initiatives to achieve business goals.

Job Requirements

• Strong passion for digital asset industry; familiar with DeFi protocols, AMM and lending mechanisms
• 2+ years of experience in blockchain BD, crypto research or consulting, ideally with CEX background
• Proficient in financial analysis, business modeling and ROI calculation
• Self-driven, accountable with strong communication and negotiation skills
