Cross Border Specialist

We are looking for a Cross Border Specialist to manage and optimize the performance of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers across South America . This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient cross-border operations, seamless customs clearance, strong last-mile performance, and effective reverse logistics.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor and manage 3PL performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs
• Track customs clearance deadlines and identify operational bottlenecks
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans
• Manage order delays, system failures, and tracking rule accuracy
• Support last-mile operations and improve delivery performance
• Analyze KPIs such as failure rates, delivery performance, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with logistics partners to reduce return cycle times
• Ensure proper closure of uncompleted shipments and claim settlements

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in 3PL management or supply chain operations
• Experience with cross-border logistics is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of customs clearance, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Excel ; SQL and logistics systems are a plus
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Spanish and Mandarin are a plus
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
