Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
• Strong expertise in:
• Data modeling (star schema, relationships);
• DAX (advanced calculations, performance tuning);
• Power Query (M language).
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred).
• Proven ability to optimize report performance and scalability.
• Experience working with distributed teams (nearshore/offshore).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Cvent, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and reverse ETL.
• Experience in B2B events, marketing analytics, or customer data environments.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or leading technical teams.
