Desired Profile:
We are looking for a professional with intermediate experience in export and international operations who is proactive, analytical, and highly organized. It is essential to have the ability to work with significant autonomy, executing both analytical and operational tasks with quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years in Foreign Trade, International Logistics, or Import/Export operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields.
- Advanced/Intermediate Excel: Proficiency in pivot tables, filters, advanced formulas, and the ability to adjust simple Macros.
- Technical English (Intermediate/Advanced): Strong comprehension of technical documents and fluency in written communication with international agents.
- Analytical Skills: Focus on operational problem-solving and process improvement.
- Soft Skills: Organization, planning, deadline management, and the ability to work under pressure in a results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control export operations with significant autonomy, interacting with clients and HOYER global offices.
- Review, correct, and validate export documentation with critical analysis (ensuring compliance and deadlines).
- Monitor vessel tracking with carriers and maintain assertive communication with customers.
- Update internal systems and generate detailed operational reports.
- Solve medium-complexity operational issues and make agile, efficient decisions.
- Record and follow up on non-conformities, proposing practical solutions for continuous improvement.
- Request bookings, cargo approvals, and submit shipping instructions to carriers.
- Coordinate inland transportation and monitor end-to-end processes.
- Prepare and issue Bills of Lading (BL) to customers and international HOYER offices.
- Interface with the Finance department for freight and local expense payments.
