Your role and responsabilities:

• Architect, implement, and optimize VCF 5.2 solutions tailored for complex enterprise environments.
• Serve as a trusted SME, advising on automation, security, and cloud strategy.
• Collaborate with executives and technical stakeholders to align cloud solutions to business outcomes.
• Lead end‐to‐end design across compute, storage, networking, and automation layers.
• Work hands-on with vSphere, vSAN, NSX, vRealize Suite, vRA, and vRO.
• Mentor consultants and architects while setting the standard for technical excellence.
• Deliver advanced workshops, thought leadership, and support pre-sales engagements.
• Ensure successful, on-time delivery of large transformation programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Deep expertise in VCF 5.2 architecture, deployment, and operations.
• Proven experience Azure cloud implementations.
• Strong command of modern VMware technologies and automation frameworks.
• Ability to design complex, resilient infrastructure aligned to business needs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences.
• Advanced English.

Bonus Skills

• VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, VCDX).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud modernization strategies.
