ABOUT THE ROLE

Guarulhos – SP | 100% Presencial

Our operations network, known for our speed, accuracy, and exceptional service, delivers millions of packages customers every day. To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for hands-on and detail-oriented professionals who want to join our team as Loss Prevention AVSEC. In this key role, you will deliver security as a service to our operational sites across the end-to-end supply chain to protect our people and prevent loss.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure full compliance with ANAC regulations and the Air Cargo Security Program (PSESCA)
• Oversee cargo screening processes and security controls within the operation
• Monitor and enforce access control procedures in restricted airport areas
• Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities (ANAC, Federal Police, Customs, airport stakeholders)
• Conduct risk assessments and identify operational vulnerabilities, proposing mitigation actions
• Lead investigations related to security incidents and loss prevention, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Develop and implement action plans to improve security processes and prevent losses
• Manage third-party security providers, ensuring service level, training compliance, and performance standards
• Ensure all required AVSEC trainings and certifications are up to date for employees and contractors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience in security, loss prevention, risk management, or similar areas
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., airport operations, air cargo, logistics, or distribution centers)
• Knowledge of ANAC regulations and AVSEC/PSESCA is highly desirable
• Experience managing third-party security providers or contract security teams
• Strong investigative and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Advanced English (written and verbal) – required
