You will be working for a US-based technology company leading the development of an Ecommerce platforms that supports independent retailers in North America as they adopt and embrace new components of their digital marketing solutions. We build and maintain thousands of retailer websites that must run reliably, efficiently, and effectively.The NetSuite Administrator plays a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing our enterprise systems—primarily NetSuite—to meet the business needs of a dynamic, multi-subsidiary organization We only want the best and if you are looking to work with a fast growing and stable American company then this position is for you. Responsibilities Support the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of the NetSuite ERP platform Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map workflows, and design ERP solutions Support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of CRM-related NetSuite functionality Design and maintain custom roles, workflows, records, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports. Maintain and support integrations with third-party systems including FiveTran, SquareWorks, DocuSign, FloQast, and CloudExtend Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with ERP platforms Skilled in integrating third-party platforms, APIs, and ETL Pipelines Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to deliver end-user training and enablement effectively SuiteScript, JavaScript, or general programming experience preferred Solid verbal and written English communication skills PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUMES IN ENGLISH
