SaaS Business Development Representative — Full-time RemoteWe are hiring a self-sufficient Business Development Representative for a fast-growing U.S. SaaS company that sells an AI Visibility Tracker (a lightweight alternative to SEMrush / Ahrefs). This is an execution role — you will own the full outbound process end-to-end, primarily on LinkedIn, targeting digital agencies and larger companies. We are looking for someone who walks in on day one with a process, not someone who needs one built for them.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full outbound pipeline: ICP research, prospecting, enrichment, outreach, booking calls
- Build and nurture LinkedIn connections with decision-makers at digital/SEO agencies and larger companies
- Run multi-channel sequences: LinkedIn DMs + cold email + phone
- Enrich leads using tools like Lemlist, Apollo, or equivalents
- Qualify prospects and hand off warm meetings to the founder
- Hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting-booked KPIs without needing reminders
- Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and what's working
- Iterate on messaging and targeting based on response data
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales / BDR / outbound experience with a track record of closing or booking real revenue meetings
- Documented end-to-end outreach process you can walk through on the interview
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email enrichment tools (Lemlist, Apollo, or similar), and any modern CRM
- Strong written and verbal English — you'll be messaging and jumping on calls with US agency owners
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n to speed up research and outreach
- Self-directed — you take an objective and build the plan, not wait for one
- Must be located in an EST timezone country (e.g., Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama)
- Clear written and verbal English communication
What the Role Is Not:
- Not an inbound / customer-support role — this is cold outbound pipeline building
- Not a \"managed\" role — no one is going to tell you which accounts to chase or hand you a script
- Not focused on just sending volume — we care about booked meetings with the right ICP, not outreach quantity
