Job Specific Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

● Be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting Kofax, DSP, E2E reporting and Webstatus .net applications based on SQL server , deployed on Windows Server IIS.

● Work on incidents, requests and problem tickets

● Manage production deployments

● Manage major incidents

● Monitor Jobs and remediate any failures

● Communicate and coordinate issue status effectively with users

Qualifications

Competencies

● Technical Skills and Proficiency

o 5 to 7 years of Software experience, with a minimum of 4 years in .Net and SQL

o Must have experience in

o ASP.NET using C#, .NET Fx 4.0/ 3.5, JavaScript, MVC 4, WCF, Web Services, HTML 5, CSS, JQuery, Java Script.

o Extensive experience with Windows 10, Server 2016/2022, SQL Database, Advanced IIS and Active Directory.

o Knowledge in IIS apppool management, powershell, webfarming(load balancing),High availability (clustering)

o Analyzing IIS and Windows event logs to diagnose application, configuration, or server issues, performance monitoring

o Experience in TCP/IP and in troubleshooting Network Issues. Network management and basic knowledge of switches, routers and firewalls

o IDE & Tools: VS 2017/ 2019, GIT/GITLab

o Good to Have (Optional)

Programming: VB.Net, Ext JS. XAML

Microsoft Certified Professional (or related certification)

A+ and Network+ Certifications
