Job Title: IT Recruiter – Portuguese & English

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter who is fluent in Portuguese and English to support hiring needs for the Brazil market and US-based IT requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with Brazil-based candidates and stakeholders while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment (US market exposure is a plus)
• Communicate effectively with Brazil-based candidates in Portuguese
• Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for various IT technologies
• Understand client requirements and align suitable candidate profiles accordingly
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with account managers and clients to meet hiring deadlines
• Maintain recruitment data, candidate pipelines, and ATS updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (speaking & understanding) is mandatory
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work with candidates across different time zones
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for Brazil or LATAM markets
• Familiarity with US IT contract staffing processes
