Position brief

The Training and Sales Specialist is responsible for leading and executing realme’s nationwide product training strategy, with a strong focus on smartphones. This role ensures the effective design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that enhance frontline sales capability and support successful product launches.

Your responsibilities

1. Responsible for promoting the national daily training plan for realme's full scenario products (with a focus on smartphones and IoT), including organizing training project, implementing training implementation, and ensuring training effectiveness;

2. The construction of a smartphone training course system, leading outstanding lecturers nationwide to develop practical product sales courses (including PPT and product sales videos, etc.), delivering them, and ensuring that they meet the practical needs of frontline sales;

3. Responsible for promoting the launch training of new smartphones, conducting nationwide TTT training for instructors, and tracking training progress;

4. Responsible for the coordinated promotion of the national trainer talent development and construction project, as well as the overall planning and implementation of the project;

Requirement for the position

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• More than 5 years of relevant training experience is required, with smartphones industry training experience preferred;
• Proficient course development skills are required, able to proficiently use office software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and video editing;
• Serious and responsible in work, with a strong sense of responsibility, good at communication, and strong understanding ability.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
• Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil (stage 0→1), especially in contexts of rapid expansion is a plus
