The main objective of this role is to review payroll data and documentation for assigned clients, ensuring that all values are accurate based on employees worked hours, guaranteeing traceability and providing consistent, value-added support to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Review quarterly and annual reports to ensure proper submission of payroll records to the IRS.
- Input client-reported information for payroll processing.
- Follow up with clients through meetings and emails to ensure that the information entered into ADP/Accountants World is accurate.
- Enter information into the Accountants World platform for quarterly clients.
- Review 1099 forms annually in accordance with information provided by Account Managers.
- Perform all tasks related to the role based on knowledge and capabilities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year supporting payroll processes.
- Advanced English level – required.
