Job Responsabilities

• Support the user research team, identifying user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
• Coordinate and assist interviews, including scheduling, communication, and drafting research summaries.
• Help design and execute user surveys, organize collected data, and generate insightful reports.
• Conduct deep market research through desktop analysis, consumer interviews, and merchant conversations.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and transform findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate on cross-functional presentations to support user growth strategies.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or Advertising, with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Dec 2027.
• Excellent proficiency in English - global company
• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Strong interest in user research, product design, or user experience, with good learning ability and logical thinking.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
